University officials not providing information

I have filed an application to the court to direct the concerned police station to launch an FIR against certain people (under Section 156(3), who have forged certain documents to get admission in Punjab Uni. Chandigarh; and therafter used those forged documents to get admission in PU Chd. In that way, the accused was able to complete her studies through PU Chandigarh, and got her Bachelors as well as Masters. The court has asked the concerned SHO to furnish the report in this regard. The IO in this case has confirmed from an institute in Allahabad that the certificates are forged. When the IO asked the PU, Chandigarh officials to furnish the details of the docs submitted by the accused to get admission there, the PU officials are dilly-dallying, and not providing the information to the IO. The IO is seeking time again and again from the court. All this is happening for the last 8 months.

I would like to ask from the learned members that what should be done in this case, so that PU officials get pressurized to provide the information sought?

THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR PRECIOUS TIME, AND HELP.

If IO is submitting to court then court can instruct Univ. also.

Courts of law are not helpless and rather have unparalleled powers.

Your own lawyer well versed with finer details of the matter can advise you further.
