Unregistered residential land

respected sir / mam,

                   i m 25 M ,  working in defence services and my father is also an defence personnel.  A Disputed land was purchased 10 yrs back by my grand father(the land was partitioned ancestral property of 14 people). In the villages societies verbal conference is respected, hence the land is still not registed to us.

         my grandfather died 1 yr back and leaved an affidevite behind that my fathers younger brother had paid all the amount for that residential land. my grandfather had ignored  my fathers contributed money for that land.

will you please suggest the possibilities of getting back my fathers share in the land , forcefully owned by my uncle.

i m aresident of alwar, rajasthan,   comes under Hindu succesion laws

File a suit for partition claiming it to be Jt.HIndu Family property, it would be brother's burden to prove otherwise.

But sir, 

         The above said land was purchased after verbal partition of the ancestral property.

the amount to purchase tthe land was paid by my grandfather  contributed by my father and my uncle.

inspite of the above said affideviate, can we claim for the land
