Hi Kumar.... Please do not file any case in court for visitation right.

You will give more power to your wife to deny visitation rights.

In more than 90% of the cases, wives do not respect court's order for father's visitation.

Please pursue your visitation right via elders and friends on either side.

Your wife can frustrate you in court but not this way.

Please pay money regularly for the welfare of your child.

Please go and stand for hours near the place where your child lives.

Let the locals and local newspaper come to know that you are denied child visitation rights.

But... NEVER EVER file case for Child visitation right and humiliate the father-son relationship between you and your son.

When your son grows he should hear the stories of your love, affection and not the stories of court.

Your wife will use any court stories to create hate in your son's mind and heart.

Please review my suggestion which I have seen worked for friends that I know of.

file a child custody case before family court under Guardian & wards Act along with an application under Hindu adoption and guardianship act for visitation rights.
