Hello Everyone,
I would like to know that is it possible or permitted by law that any welfare society which is not registered or registration process of the society is under application can proceed with the activities like
1) Individual agreement with tenant and developer
2) Issued of Annexure - I & II under Sum Rehabilitation Scheme of Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) in Maharashtra
Please suggest your views

This will not be considered as a welfare society but in the guise a commission agent. Why don't you wait for the registration to be completed and proceed with the society activities as formulated in the byelaws, articles/memorandum of association etc.
