Sir we have 5000 sqft of agriculture plot sale deed has been done on Rs10 bond paper and we have payment slip signed on one ruppee revenue stamp dated 1993 but said document were not registered till the date . seller is not giving the plot and not ready to register it. what legal action we can take?
