Whats meaning of for circulation in high court appeal

When a matter is to be listed on board on any day after the date on which the matter is being mentioned (usually a few days after the date of the mentioning), the matter is said to be mentioned for “circulation”, i.e., the papers of the matter will be “circulated” to the court on that date.
