Please let me know whether a company with more than 20 crores turnover MNC company should give bonus to its staff & Middle management cadre officers? The company where I have worked never gives bonus to any one except labours working on the machines. They say the indirect sales team or other staff or officers are not eligible for bonus. Is it so?. Please confirm
