we bought a land from one person , he acquired this land from employees society . it is a government approved layout . i heard that we dont have to pay land regularization fee however as our colony society did some mistake and the society is liable to pay some amount to the municipality ( society is not paying to municipality ) the municipal authorities are asking the land owners to pay land regularization fee in order to give permission to build the houses . i think its very unfair ..can anyone suggest what is the best thing that can be done ....society is giving a deaf ear to plot owner's in this regard .
