Will my husband have rights on my land if building is built by him

Hi, Will my husband have rights on land purchased by me but building built by him?

you have nay such agreement, if he proves that he invested in building then he can claim otherwise he cannot calim rights on the building built on your land

The land was purchased by you hence he has no rights over it however he can claim construction cost for the structure built over it
