Writ petition

Sir we won a case of recruitment in CAT against SSC in January 2023. They challenged the judgement in Delhi High court in September 2023. In first hearing court ordered to file all the documents separately since 10 cases were clubbed together in CAT as the matter was same. They were ordered to file before November 1 hearing. They intentionally didn't file the documents and sought more time. The High court has give a date of 13th feb for next hearing and also gave 8 weeks as last chance for filing the documents to ssc. It's been 7 weeks and SSC has not bothered to file the documents. They have been doing this since the beginning of the case.. Just trying to delay. Please guide will the court dismiss their petition if they do not file the documents by feb 13. In first hearing court denied their petition of putting stay. Since the case has been running for more than 3 years we have been suffering immensely. Court has already give  ssc a lot of time what is the possibility that court will again grant time as it is mentioned as last chance in the order dated November 1st

You may file an objection if they seek extension of time on 13th Feb and pray the court to dismiss their appeal with exemplary costs by expressing your grievances due to long stretched litigation without any remedy even after getting a favorable judgment.
