138 affect new passport

I wish to apply a new passport.but I had a cheque case ..but in that me not signed and handwriting is not mine..3 times court notice to petioner but she or her lawyer never attend the court.me took bail..is it affect my new passport

court where your case is pending will be authority to grand you permission for new password on any condition which court think fit.

This is not necessary to take permission from court. If you have applied passport before case filling don’t worry but you applied after the case filling it is necessary to submit detail declaration in affidavit portion of passport form.  Don't say to petitioner otherwise if they prayer to court, may be court give the instructions to passport officer or ministry of home affairs for hold the process.
