 Friends, Pl. guide wh it is necessary that accused should record his evidence in his defence or not. Well i think its not necessary. Pl. give views.

If accused has got good defence then his evidence is necessary to prove his case.

If you decide not to file your defence evidence then you can settle the matter compromising with the complainant.   That's a good option.

if you have a good defence you can give evidence of the accused. If  you feel that  to  not  put the accused in the  witness  box you  can  give  defence  material  at the time of  313  questining. thats good  for the accused side
