with CIT (A) sir. Is there any timelimit?
Sankaranarayanan (Advocate) 04 May 2021
the application must be made within one year from the date on which the order in question was communicated to him or the date on which he otherwise came to know of it, whichever is earlier

CIT(A) is deemed to be an authority subordinate to the Pr CIT therefore you have to file a writ petition in the High Court
