Last year 2018 September I drive my friends with my family and I have make an road accident with 10year school girl.. That time she got injured after hospitation now she is good health condition.. While accident time I got filed FIR ipc 279 337 against me. Last one year that cases is still pending in police station itself without any further charge sheet prepared. Case is still pending status.
my query is now I got an abroad job. Process to be almost done. Now I need Pcc ( police clearance certificate) from passport office.. The FIR will affect my police clearance certificate??? Please give me a clear suggestion for my situation. what I do next step to get pcc..
