41a , how many days will police take to file chargesheet?

Hi,

I received 41a from police on 21-5-2022 and they took our statement regarding the FIR filed in Dec2021 for cases 498a 377 triple talaq etc.

I got stay for allahabad High court in Jan 2022 which will be cancelled on 7th sep 2022 as per court order on 23-aug-2022.

I want to know the charge sheet submitted by police but police is not informing us about the chargesheet .

How would I know what is written in chargesheet though they assured us that proof submitted by us is geniue and police were satisfied with us.

Dear Client in that case you should approach Subordinate Court for Chargesheet and with out watching your order which was passed by the Hon’ble High Court can't able to explain properly so when you feel free then contact us then I'll elaborate properly about your case.
