the agricultural property in navsari, gujarat was purchased and then it was transferred into non agricultural land. but the entry in the 7/12 records is showing as an agricultural land.

Q.1 What will be the cost for making the rectification in the 7/12 records?

Q.2 How many days will it take to get the entry?

Q.3 what will be approximate fees of an advocate?

1. Agricultural Land can be converted into NA Land, "ONLY" with the order of the district collector's office.

2. File proper Application to Village Development Officer (Talati) alongwith the collector's order and request for endorsement in the revenue records.  This is done immediately without any costs.

3. Lawyer may charge his fees as mutually agreed with his Client.  There is no fixed fees pattern and depends on the area /location and type of professional services that is provided.
