1. is there need of signature of accused in parcha pairvi
2. when bail application is being filled who will be the deponent in the affidavit
3. if signer of the affidavit is relative then is there need of his vakalatnama or he can sign parcha pairvi

Dear Amit,
In Uttar Pradesh Vakalatnama has not been filed for Bail Application before Allahabad High Court I a Parcha, so a sign of the Affidavit by the any of family members just because Application is in Jail so of you need more clarification you may contact us then I'll explain properly about your case.
