Additional agreement required on a corporate lease agreement

I am the owner of a flat which is being let out for 11 months under Leave and License Agreement against a fee of Rs.13,000 per month. I received a proposal from a Company for 11 months lease, but as per their norm for the category of their ‘employee occupant’ their limit is Rs.11,000. So they’ll exhibit the license fee as Rs.11,000 in the LL agreement and the differential Rs.2000 would be borne by the employee in his/her personal capacity. My request is to let me know as to what additional agreement I should make for the Rs.2,000 p.m. differential payment, between the individual occupant & me, to make them legally bind for payment. Can that agreement e made as an addendum to the CLA?

The L & L has to be composite and single, which can not be bifurcated.

It is advisable to consult a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts/documents, guidance and proceeding.

It will be prudent, and in your interests, to enter into a L&L agreement for the entire amount, any ambiguity may lead to legal confusion to your disadvantage.
