Recently one of my famility member got bailed from the police station under 379/411, i have few questions & request:
1) I would like to hire a experienced advocate (for this case in saket court).
2) would like to know the procedure for change of address (for court sammans) as the address has been changed recently. For this only rent agreement is available.
3) Police had mentioned as stolen meterial has been taken under police custody & filed case for theft u/s 379/411. what are the posibilities to safe the accused without Jurisdiction to close & finalise this case.
