Me and my wife recently had a divorce. She took all the money out of our joint account without even asking for my permission. When I asked her about this, she just told me that she took all the money for maintenance. But her salary is way much better than me.What should I do as I am left with nothing but some really small amount of money?

In her maintenance case you may refuse to pay the maintenance amount citing this as the reason.
Before that you gather the information of how much she swindled from your account.

How much is the amount involved in the joint account ?
If it is meagre amount, just relax.
