I am a student and have completed my post graduation from Utkal university in public administration course having 56 %. Then appeared Mphil entrance in the same department and qualified written with rank 2 and after the viva conducted by department I was in waiting 1 as per the department final list . After 15 days of publishing list I got full admission into Mphil course successfully with my identity card following the complete rule of university because two seats in Mphil had been increased and now the department is going to cancel my admission giving the cause that my answer paper was faulty. Is it possible ? please explain me with appropriate reason.
