Can someone state the difference between powers and authorities of being an Advocate and a Corporate Lawyer?

Does constitution prohibits some actions from being taken towards an advocate? If yes, does these apply to a Corporate Lawyer too?

1. There is no difference between a Advocate & Corporate Lawyer.

An advocate is a professional in the field of law. Different countries' legal systems use the term with somewhat differing meanings. The broad equivalent in many English law–based jurisdictions could be a barrister or a solicitor.

While on the other hand, a lawyer is a professional who is qualified to offer advice about the law or represent someone in legal matters. A lawyer can also be called an attorney, a solicitor, a counselor.
