Is it mandatory to serve upon the other side the affidavit I will submit in Court and as per which rule or judgement or Act

There is no necessity to supply the copy of the assets and liabilities affiavit to the opposite side, if at all they need a copy let them file a copy applicaiton and obtain it from court,
This affidavit is not a document that is marked as an exhibit hence there is no necessity to supply a copy to the opponent
