I am going to purchase a plot of land. Current buyer have all the chain/link deed, Certified tob a true copy of Agreement with previous land owner and deed of convyance. Current land owner did not muted his name in municipality. 13 years encumbrance report is clear. Will this property eligible for purchase? Agreement copy is containing last page mentioned Certified to be a true copy stamp attched with this post.
