I and some of my unknowns have started working on a project , it is related with IT. So before starting we made an agreement . I am very doubtful about that agreement . So how I can verify a valid agreement . what things I should take care some of my curiosities are
1 what kind of stamp paper it should have judical or non judical
2. how much ruppee stamp it should have
3. if agreement has two pages , is this necessary every page should be a stamp paper .
4 what stamp it should have.
