Agricultural land

I was holding agricultural land for more than 25 years due to financial problems I have to sold it in 2006,Now I want to purchase agricultural land .Can I purchased the same?

My mother hold khand land  and recently her name was removed from 7/12.

My grand father also hold land in junnar and it was transfered to Kul and his name removed from 7/12.No compensation received by grand father.

How can I purchase agricultural land?
