Am i likely to win this case and how much claim amount should i fill on edaakhil dot nic dot in?

Sir/Ma’m,

I took admission in UPSC PATHSHALA (Ufaber) in May, 2022 which provides online coaching for UPSC and PCS exams. The course fee payable as per instalments were as under:
1. Downpayment- Rs. 5120 (20% of Course Fees) paid on May 21, 2022
2. Processing charges paid on 22, May 2022 together with GST Rs. 484/-.
3. Rs. 3648 -PAID - JULY, 2022
4. Rs. 3648- PAID – AUG, 2022
5. Rs. 3648-PAID – SEPT, 2022
6. Rs. 3648 PAID- OCT, 2022
7. Rs. 4000-PAID – NOV, 2022
8. Rs. 3648- PAID –DEC, 2022

Though for the first subject i.e. Economics classes were held regularly, after sometime for Polity subject classes were also held apart from Economics to some extent but it was so little that there were as good as not being held. Also, whenever it was held it was held for a very short duration as compared to Economics. They sent the links for the online classes for Polity but the mentor was not available for the classes.
They also sent emails to me saying that I was irregular for the classes but for every such email I sent a reply that I was available for the class but it was the mentor who could not devote time and hold class. Though they sent links for the classes through email, the real classes happened after sending links through WhatsApp.

Also, apart from Economics and Polity, PCS has 5-6 subjects but they catered services for only one or at best two subjects, that too for the second subject Polity classes were rarely held and that too for very short duration.
One day, when I sent an email to my Polity mentor and enquired about classes she said that my name is not showing on the portal and when I sent email to Senior Manager then he replied to me that my course was valid from 22/05/2022 to 3/11/2023, i.e. for 17.5 months and so the Course validity has expired.

So, online classes were held for only one or at best two subjects though PCS has 5-6 subjects.

My questions are:
1.) If you take up my case, what are your charges? I also want assistance in preparing Index, List of Dates and Events, Memo of Parties (with complete addresses), Complaint with affidavit in edaakhil dot nic dot in. Do you provide assistance in that too and if yes then what are the charges for that separately from the former?
2.) Are there any chances for winning this case?
3.) How much should I fill on the claim amount in edaakhil dot nic dot in which I am likely to get as compensation if I win the case?
