Amendment for typographical error in complaint

Actually there is a typographical error in complaint only regarding transaction date. actual date is july 2010 to march 2011 but typed as july 2010 to october2011. one word october should be replaced by march.

we filed 311 application & amendment application for this error but both is rejected by magistrate court now those two applications have been appealed in sessions court is there any supporting judgements for this application this is a matter of our entire family life so dear lawyers please help me. this is true case.

Before that first issue a Registered Notice to concerned Station officer praying forr amending the date from...............to................immediately, as there was in advertant typographical error and express regrets for the inconvenience.
