sec 17B applies only for reinstatement by tribunal and the employee canget som interim relief during stay order. is there any other section like this when the tribunal converted dismissal into compulsory retirement. I affected much as I dont know whether any section for this. i did not get any single amount as the management got stay order. Why you all lawyers can kept silent. you can all take steps to include this also in sec 17B for the benefit of workman. I request you all to take effective steps to amend section 17B for this also. it will help many workmen in the country
