Analyze your employment agreement

I was terminated from my private job without any clarification regarding the termination. When I asked for the reasons for the termination, I just received a notice mentioning “poor performance” which is obviously not a valid reason. What legal measures I can take against this?

You can issue a legal notice demanding reinstatement failing which you can file a writ petition before high court for same relief. 

Before that ascertain the facts for this fact and approach the employer for reconciliation
