I went to file the Contempt Application of my father in Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal. Prepared the format under Rule 3 of APAT (Contempt of court) Rules, 1992 in the form of petition and affidavit. Officials there tried to educate me showing the format of CAT (Contempt of court) Rules, 1992 prepared by other Advocates saying : YOU HAVE TO PREPARE CONTEMPT APPLICATION LIKE THIS. I humbly accepted whatever they said.
