UNDER SECTION 29 OF THE ACT ALL ORDERS OF THE MAGISTRATE CAN BE CHALLENGED BEFORE THE SESSIONS COURT IN APPEAL. THERE NEED NOT BE ANY SPECIFIC FORMATE. BUT IT SHALL INCLUDE AS TO PLEADINGS IN SHORT BEFORE TRIAL COURT AND WHAT U HAD SUBMITTED. IT SHALL GIVE THE CONCLUSION OF THE TRIAL COURT AND THAN THE GROUNDS OF APPEAL. THOSE SHALL BE WITH CLEAR WORDS AS TO WHY U WANT THAT APPELLATE COURT SHALL TAKE DIFFERENT VIEW AND THE VIEW OF TRIAL COURT WAS NOT CORRECT.
