I'm from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. i woud like to know how to correct the name spelling in birth certificate.
my daughter name is mis-spelt in her birth certificate as follows,
Correct Name : Deshnashree
in Birth Certificate : Deshnasree
there is 'h' missing in birth certificate which i would like add, when i checked at the office where i got this birth certificate they said name can't corrected in birth certificate and it needs to be corrected in Gezette.
I would like to know if there is any way to get it corrected in birth certificate or the only way to do this is through updating Gezette.
Also i would like to know the procedure on the available options
your help is much appriciated!!
