An Employee worked in a Pvt Ltd Company during F.Y. 2018-19 and become eligilble to do self appraisal and self appraisal report submitted by employee within 31st March 2019. Company have not declared appraisal & bonus till date.
Now if the employee resign from duty whether the Bonus & appraisal can be forfeited by company althogh its was for earlier financial year. Please advice.
