Can a lawyer come to police station?

A filed police complaint against B. A and B are sisters. Police filed the complaint of A. But since A and B are sisters they think they can try to resolve through talks. On a day, they called both A and B to police station. But B brought her lawyer to police station and her lawyer directs A to talk to him instead of B directly. Is the action of B valid?

yes lawyer can come no bar as such, but when parties to dispute are ready to settle their dispute amicably then he cannot stop them.

When A asked lawyer his name he did not say or declined to disclose his name. The police constables also did not verify, they could only say his first name. A is doubting whether it was really a lawyer that came to police station. Can A put police complaint to disclose lawyer's name.
