Can hc increase monthly alimony ?

My wife has approached HC to enhance monthly alimony. Lower court has ordered 12,000/-  monthly alimony to wife. She is well educated but not working.

I have already shown following details to the lower court :

Monthly Gross Income: 93,000/-

Monthly Income: 60,000/-

Take Home : 41,000/-

Liabilities : 35,000/- ( 14,000/- Rent. household expenses 10,000/-, etc )

Diff b/w gross income and monthly income is due to the Employer Provident Fund, Insurance, Gratutiy and Company Incentive Plan. These are mandatory deductions by the company. Company Incentive Plan is variable and not fixed. It depends upon company performance.

Can HC increases the amount to 25,000/- based on the gross income ?

Lower court considers liablities and company mandatory deductions while deciding monthly alimony.

Please advise.

Show Health Insurance and LIC Insurance policies if you have. If you donate money to Charity Organizations, show that also..
