Can i have life-long leave and licence agreement ?

Sir ,

Can I have Life long Leave and Licence Agreement ( which is to be Registered) ,in JHARKHAND ?

I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN - and this Agreement shall be between me and a Religious Trust that will allow me to stay in the Ashram Cottage till my natural life span . The Trust agrees to allow it.

PLEASE HELP ME

Dear Kunal,

Leave and licence agreements can be entered for a maximum of 60 months under the law. Lease agreements might be for any length of time. Therefore you can have the agreement made for 60 months and later you can have a new agreement made.

I am told by ashram authority that since L & L Agreement is governed by Ind. Easement Act and under Section 6. ( Easement for limited time or on condition.—An easement may be permanent, or for a term of years or other limited period.....THE INDIAN EASEMENTS ACT, 1882 ). I am confused .

Sir please help me to clear my doubt. I request your favour as a senior citizen.
