Can i submit my written argument in civil case directly to j

I have filed a Civil case No OS/133/2017 .

Now it is for issues since last two years. My advocate is not showing interest unfortunately.

I have prepared my written argument and shown to him to submit the court with his suggestion and comments.

He is not proactive.

Can I submit my written argument directly to court by email or registered post or directly to registrar.

Or

Please suggest me the best respectful way to proceed.

No, once you have engaged an Advocate you cannot directly argue your case personally. Its better to discuss with your Advocate else you have the option.

The matter is only at the stage of framing issues. Next stage is that of recording evidence. The and then only arguments are relevant. At that stage, argument note could be submitted.

It appears that you are too much of a hurry. As such, it is too risky to appear party-in-person.

Thank you so much for your concern and time and reply sir.

Yes you are exactly correct sir.I am in hurry. Because, my portion was sold decietfully by my own people in my absence.

It is not the stage of submission of arguments but framing of issues as stated by you.

If your lawyer is not interested to continue, change him/ her immediately.

It would be better to consult and engage another local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts/ documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding.

Please note that too much of hurry offers no solution, esp. in a judicial processing; it could even be counter productive..
