Can indian law help me

Respected Sir / Madam,

My father expired last year.  Now my Mother n me r staying together.

We are 5 siblings. Four of my siblings are married and settled.

I am single age 39 n working.  I have always supported my family financially and physically and mentally.

After marriage of my both Brothers, thy started living separetly after some years of their marriage with their own family.  But still because of love my parents supported them n gave them one flat (flat is in joint name of my both brothers) which is in heart of Mumbai.  In which is now on Rent n that rent is collected by Elder Brother.  N my father has told my Mother that 'the flat in which she is staying should be gifted to our unmarried daughter . Because she was d only one who looked after us in our old days'.

Whenever my brother is in Mumbai he stays with me n my mother.  He has warned me that he is having his share in this flat also.  One of my two sisters is also saying she also wants share in this flat.  This flat in which my mother n me staying is in my Father's name.  N my Mother is a nominee for that.

My mother also started saying that I can't give u this flat as I have 5 children not only one.

But she (my mother) has nominated One of my sister, for her savings account, FD's, MF's etc. whatever Fund she have.  N also changed my nomination to one of my father's FD in the name of my Sister.

My mother has also sold our Car to my sister's husband's friend without my concent.

The Car was in my Father's name.  I had paid the token money by cheque while buying a Car. N I was d only person who used and maintained this Car for all these 7 years because It was a of need family to have a Car as my mother always needs to be hospitalised at odd hours of the day.

Kindly help me n guide me.

Because as on Today I do not have anything other than my salary.

Savings are pretty less because all these years I had to do the expences in the house.

Waiting for the Expert's Legal Advice.

Sir, thank you for the reply. My Father died suddenly in his first Heart Attack. N he never mentioned about the same.  No one else in d family talked about the Father's Will too.

If the Father's Will is not there please guide further.

Regards. Waiting for the reply.
