Can IPC 323 plus IPC 451 =IPC 323+452

One Bhanwar Lal who is not employee of JOdhpur discom gave electricity supply to the consumer even after consumer resisted his entry. Bhanwar Lal is untrained person. Bhanwar lal used very thin wires and broken wires for electricity connection which resulted into shock to the consumers daughter. Then two days after that Bhanwar Lals father who is a lineman of Jodhpur discom entered the house of consumer alongwith his son and beat him with fist and bricks. Injury marks are visible on shin and neck.

also the line man took Rs 1500 from the consumer as bribe and was demanding more bribe for which complaint was made to ADM and SE.

What sections of IPC cover electric shock due to unsecure and weak electricity connection by given by linemans son.

and other sections in the above matter please. The police has put sections 451 and 323 of IPC.

Kindly give comments urgently
