Can tikona file a case against me

You have sent mail for disconnection and M/s Tikona should have cancelled at once.

Sue them in Civil Courts for damages, crimianl court for defamation, consumer court as well.....

i'm not ready to pay even a single penny,requested manytimes u ppl not stopped providing service,we are moved out from that place,anyway one of my frnd given my number for the connection and they moved to abroad,i've not signed no where

Does the Bill from date of disconnection instructed by you amount to Rs.2,018.49/?

No it's 650 rs ,they added 1month extra rental and fines

 

Report th matter to TRAI,DoT, DCDRF...............

Issue legal notice to M?s Tikona.

Lodge criminal compalint thru your lawyers.

Then how come M/s Tikona is claiming Rs.2018.49 at a legla portal?
