Can we send court document to opposition's international management?

Can we send Court document to Opposition's International Management?

This is a case about termination and the Opposition (Indian company) has submitted a report which violates their own Company policy.  And so we want to report this violation back to the Company's International Management by email.

  1. Is the Court permission required to send the document to the International Management?
  2. Isn't foreign management also 2nd party since it owns the Indian company?

Is the case finally decided and adjudged as reportable?

When there is a pending court case, it advisable not to be too officious.

Case is in progress in court and trial has not yet started.  Foreign Management may intervene and stop Opposition from using that document or they may provide a clarification letter/email to us which may work in our favour.  Hence there are a lot of benefits in reaching out to the Intl.Mgmt.

1. Can Intl.Mgmt be considered part of the Opposition and contacted? (Isn't foreign management also 2nd party since it owns the Indian company?)

2. Is the Court permission required to send the document to the International Management?
