Dear sir,

my grandfather has two sons and one daughter. He gave a settlement deed on his property on 2010 and it is registered and mentioning that they want to take care of my grand father and look after medical expenses whenever it is required..but in that one son taking care all of his needs but other one not taking care  of his needs.. so my grandfather now want to cancel the settlement deed of the son who is not caring his medical expenses..instead of that he planned to make a will of that particular property to his daughter? is it possible for him to cancel the sons settleement deed and any time limit to cancel it? pls guide me.

did you mention any condition on that like the said settlement deed will execute after death of your grandfather or not

no sir, it is not mentioned like that

Then Settlement Deed once executed and registered takes effect. It cannot be revoked or cancelled unilaterally, however grandfather can plead undue influence and try revoking.
