What is CRPC 239? I have all proofs with me that case for dowry is false like"threats from in-;aws for dowry case. and police did no proper investigated the case, dowry list is also false(can be proves with evidence.)
case is fixed for evidence. can I reach to court under this section to dismiss the case.?
