dear sir, branch manager has wrongly informed party as a willful defaulter to other govt offices. as per rbi guidelines bank has to follow certain guidelines before declaring willful defaulter. chairman and senior bankmanagers has to approve it in a meeting considering borrowers objection.party  is filing criminal case agaist br.manager.can chairman be added as party?
