I Purcahsed a flat in Navi Mumbai through Bank Auction.
Registration and Stamp duty is paid.
I obtained NOC from Society for cidco transfer.
Now cidco is asking me for the double cidco charges as it is auctioned property. One for transfeering it on Bank name and second for tranferring it on my name.
Is this method is correct?

You have purchased the proeprty from bank by an auction hence you may ask the bank to deliver possesion with proper transfer of the property to yor name. You are not liable to pay the transfer charges from CIDCO to bank.
You can ask CIDCO to give their demand in writing after which you can sue the organisation for making an unjustified and illegal demand in this regard
