Sir/Madam,
Can any one let me kow the citatio of Hon'ble supreme court which had cleary stated, the courts shall not look in to the provisions of the law but shall look in to the prayer made by the applicant in the applicatotion. wrong provision of law stated by the appicant in the application is not fatal. I have gone through this citation but can't recall of which year this decision was given
