Hi sir,
I am working in a public sector undertaking ( Govt.of Andhra Pradesh) as Administrative Officer on Contract Basis. I am working since two years with out any break.
Our friends has informed that some of the employees who have completed 480 days of continuous services in 2 years, claimed regulraisation and also succeeded in the court.
Is it applicable in my case. Kindly suggest.
Shall i claim for regularisation.

Since your employment is under contract basis, after expiry of the contract period your employment will be terminated. No regularisation.

You want to take the benefit of a court order passed in your state.
You can obtain the copy of the court order. If it is of your own company this may set precedence.
It shall be appropriate to consult with a competent local service lawyer, and show all records and copy of court order before you proceed.
