Can a wife claim maintenance from her father-in-law if her husband has left her and married her own sister (Saali). She has two children, both girls and is staying with her parents and has no income of her own. Please advice.

First she has to file the maintenance from husband through attach the property share in fatherin law propety. Then file case of bigamy
