My brother has purchased a plot (15'x30') on agriculture land in a village near Davanagere district in 1993-94.
He is running a small petty shop in davanagere and he is economically backward.
He has Mutation, pahani records and orginal sale deed (registered) in his name for the plot.
Now he intends to build a house for his own use on the same plot.
What are the steps to be done in building a house on this plot.
As per my knowledge, alienation or DC Conversion need to be done.
Is it possible to get single plot DC Converted by applying to Dep. Commissioner, Davanagere (Karnataka ).
If so, what documents are needed and what are the fees for the same.
